Chloe Renee Boutique llc 85-2639145 | Government Grant Application

Chloe Renee Boutique llc | Application Preview

Chloe Renee Boutique LLC is applying for government grants to cover startup costs for a storefront, including expenses like deposits, remodeling, inventory, rent, and insurance. The owner is passionate about building a legacy inspired by her great-grandmother and aims to create a community-focused business that will thrive for generations.

The business plan emphasizes the importance of a physical store to accommodate local customers who prefer in-person shopping over online purchases. While Chloe will maintain an online presence, the storefront is seen as a key strategy to expand her reach and integrate into the community, especially as her town is experiencing rapid growth. The chosen location is ideal, situated amidst local festivals and high foot traffic.

Chloe believes that her strong determination, ambition, and supportive network will contribute to her success. She acknowledges that while there are online competitors, her local market lacks boutiques similar to hers. Her competitive advantage lies in her youth, awareness of trends, and expertise in social media and marketing. By continually learning and engaging with her customers, she aims to stand out in the boutique landscape, positioning herself to succeed in both the local and eCommerce markets.

  • Business Plan

I plan to grow my business with my store front. Given a lot of my customers are local, working out of my basement is not ideal for customers. They want to be able to try on and see things in person and I want to give that to them, this money will help me do so. While I plan to also continue to grow my online website with my social media accounts, this store front will help take my boutique to the next level and reach more people, along with being apart of my community. I know my boutique will do so well because my area is growing at such a fast rate. With the area growing and a great support for small businesses and shopping local, it's a prime opportunity. The location of the building is in the middle of town festivals and in the middle of downtown with lots of traffic. Investors should invest in me because this is my dream. When you want something so bad you become so determined to succeed. I have so much ambition. I believe in myself and my hardworking attitude and have a great support system to continue to cheer me on a push me to be better. With that being said I know my small business can end up becoming an eCommerce business with just some help.

  • Self Identified Competition

While locally I do not have a lot of competitors, online there is other small businesses trying to make their dreams come true just like me. I want to open my store front because there is not boutiques in my area like mine. My small business is different from my competitors because I am young. I know what the trends are, I know what people want. I am knowledgable about social media and marketing. As a business owner I am constantly learning; researching, taking classes, talking with others, listening to my customers. I know that sets me apart from other boutique owners in my area.
