Business Plan
We have been at our current location for 19 years and are the only tanning salon in our area. We would like to update our equipment and do more advertising in order to grow our business. There are new apartments, condos and homes being built near our business that we could attract more customers from by doing this. Investors should invest in us because we are a family owned business that has been in operation for 19 years. Other tanning salons have gone out of business around us but because we are family owned, we have managed to stay in business. So any investor would be able to get their investment back in the long run.

Self Identified Competition
We don't have any competitors near our location. You'd have to travel more than 6 miles or more to find the nearest competitor. Thus we don't have any competition near us. We are different from our competitors because most are franchises that don't really care about there clients like we do. Our clients have become like a second family. Being a family run business makes a difference to our clients. All of the competitors that used to be in a 6 miles or closer radius of us have closed their doors. We have been able to stay open because the word of mouth referrals we have gotten over the years has been tremendous. We treat our clients how we like to be treated and it shows in how our clients keep coming back.
