    We want to expand our team and purchase another work van. Close to half would be used to purchase a new work van, the remainder would be used to set up our own accounts with a disposal company, a shop/office rental, and open a secure Line of Credit with our current bank to ensure a smoother process with all of our finances for the business. Currently, we split payment with another business owner for disposals - necessary for every job/daily - as well as for shop items. If we had the ability to free up more spend, we could bid on larger jobs that require a huge up front expense on materials, sometimes $30,000-$50,000.

  • Business Plan

    If we can get a 2nd team started with another work van, we plan to focus on large opportunities: local flooring contractors offering better pricing and services to local housing and apartment complexes, bidding for small to medium commercial flooring jobs. This basic but simple growth plan will also enable us to continue to have job openings to help train/rehabilitate newly "clean" individuals into working society, aiding them in a healthy continuation in their recovery. We already work with multiple Contractors who are themselves successful business owners who have gone through recovery over the years, and who make it their goal to continually give back, by offering jobs to those in recovery houses. Because we are a small family owned company, owned and operated by a local man, who grew up in the area of Bucks County his whole life. Even though there are numerous others who do the same job - flooring installation - we stand out and are known by so many in numerous walks of life. The fact that Mike, his wife Tanya, and the two flooring contractors that work for us, are all 4 kept busy - daily/365 days - with jobs that we have gained ONLY by referral and word of mouth - shows the reliable reputation that this company has built. Through integrity, simple honesty, hard work, fair prices, reliability, and getting the job done right the 1st time - we have never had to use any marketing, anywhere. Here are just a few of the varied customers who have chosen us to do their work: Sunbelt Rentals, New Britain Surgery Center, Princeton Child Development Institute, N Irwin VFW, CVS, Mark Daley Contractors, Chick-fil-A franchise owner of Neshaminy, Demsco Plumbing, and the list goes on. All of these and innumerable other jobs were received simply through building relationships with local people, who in turn used us in their business needs or referred us to many others.
