Triple A Foundation | Application Preview
The Triple A Foundation is seeking government grants to support its efforts in providing essential items like diapers, wipes, clothing, and furniture to the community, especially for single parents. The foundation aims to continue these services and expand its reach by hosting larger Community Baby Showers over the next five years, targeting the needs of single parents in the Kansas City Metropolitan area.
The foundation emphasizes its inclusivity, noting that many parents may not meet the restrictions set by other organizations. Unlike competitors such as Happy Bottoms, Baby Grace, and Front Porch Alliance, which have strict requirements for accessing supplies, Triple A Foundation serves anyone in need without such limitations. It distinguishes itself through a grassroots approach, relying on volunteers who engage directly with families to understand their needs.
Triple A Foundation not only provides material support but also addresses mental health issues, offering classes and resources to help single parents navigate challenges and pursue educational or career opportunities. This comprehensive support system positions the foundation as a valuable resource for the community, making the case for why it deserves funding.

Business Plan
Within the next 5 years, I would love to enhance more in numbers and throwing bigger and better Community Baby Showers for single parents out of a Central building of which we own. There are tons of single parents that are looking for resources. Our couple of Community Baby Showers the numbers were over 3,000 single parents all over the Kansas City Metropolitan area. We do not have restrictions on certain areas as we do know and understand the need for supplies for children under the age of 5. Triple A Foundation is truly actually helping and giving back to the community regardless of the restrictions that other organizations has. We understand that no everyone meets other organizations restrictions, especially when it comes down to region or where someone lives. We look to serve everyone that are truly in need .

Self Identified Competition
Happy Bottoms - which is an organization that is everywhere, yet have requirements for diapers only. They give about 50 diapers only. You get them when you are leaving the hospital signed up, along with if your able to pick up at the location that is closest to your home and it's during the day from 10a - 2pm Mon- Fri only. No exceptions for those parents that are at work. Baby Grace - is another organization that works within different churches, and gives 25-30 diapers and a pack of wipes. There screening is a sign in sheet of which they check off once a month on the second Saturday from 9a- 11a only. Front Porch Alliance hosts baby showers every 3 months if that on a Saturday. They get they donations from Children's Mercy Hospital when they are available to them. Triple A Foundation is a small minority organization that is based off the use of volunteers in our community that actually goes out and speaks to these single parents in finding out what their actual need is within the home or before the infant is born. We work throughout any type of day, weather, and more. Some of our own volunteers comes out of pockets to make sure that that single parent has all the necessities that are need for that family or child. We have other resources that may help the mother when it comes to PTSD and other mental health issues that is going on within the community or that home. We offer different classes as well, so that the parent gains understanding or assistance where is needed in they life including a career path or college path if they are seeking that direction.
