Business Plan
We plan to continue to fund our properties ourselves and then grow and continue. We are a group of young educated veterans who served in the SC Army National Guard. We would like to start our business while educating the community and future to help better the U.S. as a whole. With almost 7 degrees between us we can figure out a way to better South Carolina and the whole country.

Self Identified Competition
Our top three competitors would be everyone else trying to buy real estate to rent out there property. The fact that we are veterans of the United States forces tells a lot about who we are in Integrity and Honor. Then the fact that three of us almost have a combined total of 7 degrees. With multiple bachelors degrees in criminal justice, the legal field and cyber security we have the knowledge to make this company very successful.
