I plan on using a food truck and building clientele for 2-3 years and with the revenue open up my own restaurant. I am a single, hard working, mom of 3 who’s only dream in life was to have my own restaurant to successfully run and leave to my kids when I’m too old to run it. I want to run a family business so that I won’t have to worry about my kids not having a future to fall back on if their life ambitions fall through. I also plan on giving back to the community with doing so when I do become successful. My motto is to change the world One Bite At A Time.

I don’t have any right now for I am just starting out. I will stop at nothing to succeed. I love trying out new cultural items to bring more culture and family wholesomeness in my cooking abilities and mind set. I wouldn’t doubt it if there are thousands of like minded as myself out there who are willing to pour their soul into their business for their families financial security. It just takes acts of kindness and compassion to change a persons life, be it through eating food that bring you back to your childhood or just trying out new culture inspired food to create new memories with your family. I want my kids to know that anything is possible in life if you fight hard and follow through with your dreams.
