Business Plan
Over the next five years I plan on growing my business through strategic and extensive advertising. I would also like to end up with at least three or four more employees to handle the work load I plan on attaining. I am a military veteran with 25 years of welding experience under my belt. I am a hard worker and my military background makes it very difficult for me to give up. I find that customers like giving their business to veteran owned small businesses. That combined with my "good ole boy" reputation, and my extensive experience in the field my business is a guaranteed success.

Self Identified Competition
Locally, my top three competitors are ARTT, which happens to be a former employer of mine. We bid in the same area. H and H ornamental iron would be another local competitor of mine. We specialize in a lot of the same work. I would say Majestic iron works is the third competitor. For the same reason as H and H. That being said I've already out bid these companies on a number of projects and have made many strong business connections because of it. I have to circle back to my "good ole boy" reputation. That's a big deal here in Oklahoma. Many oklahomans prefer to work with someone they can relate to, "talk shop with". Combine that with my knowledge of the craft and I'm unbeatable.
