  • Funding Usage

    The funding will be used sparingly as we build to the "open" of the development. Funds will be used to finish paying for contracting services performed by local Mansfield contractors, employing our local staff, paving new asphalt roads in the next section of the development, installing a sound barrier created out of soil between the development and the railway, installing new driveways and sidewalks, and making sure the homes are ready for sale to the ultimate buyers (55+ active adults in search of an affordable lifestyle in a small town). There's a huge need for new houses in the area with the last homes built over 20 years ago, this has created a huge need where the residents of Crestline, Ontario, and Mansfield have been starved for an affordable and safe community.

I would like to continue to build and develop land, grow our number of employees, and help those communities larger developers have no interest in building in. We are a brand new housing product that aims to fill a very underserved need in Central Ohio!

    We are priced at a 50% to 75% discount to Epcon Communities who build $500-$700K homes in their active adult communities. We are building homes in the $135-$155K making our offering perfect for everyone. Our development business is new but has big aspirations to give Ohioans more access to affordable single-home living in a picturesque landscape.
