Business Plan
First, we will upgrade to a new building to maximize sales in studio sessions, private events and video production. Secondly, we plan on closing a major distribution deal that’s been on the table. This will of course raise the amount of units sold by the artists signed to the label which leads me to our main goal which is to continue build an undoubtable rapport and track record in the music industry, known for delivering a quality product with every project. I believe they should invest in In Time Music Inc because we’ve already proven at a low level we can provide a service that is not only lucrative, but needed in making creativity accessible. In my opinion, music is much like the medical field, a necessity in life on earth.

Self Identified Competition
We don’t see the majors as our competitors, but more so the local studios and independent labels throughout the Atlanta area, of which there are the most in the world. If I had to narrow it down to three I’d have to start with an independent record label under the name QC (Quality Control) who has many hit records but still found the time to steal from us musically, for which we are in negotiations for now. I’d also have to say a main competitor is PBM recording studio. While there are many studios in Atlanta this one in particular is rising at the same trajectory as we are. While we share some of the same clients, they seem to favor the product we deliver. Lastly, I’d have to mention Patchwerk Studios. Very accredited, they represent more of a goal for our day to day studio operation however, being that they’re so well known, the pricing and all around vibe there seems to send some of their more independent clients to us. We give more life to the creation process. All of our engineers are musically inclined so the client has more of a possibility for customization and freedom with their sound. As for the labels, our entire message is different. While we are motivated by money and profit as they are, we hold on to the substance of the inspiration that began the art of music and entertainment.
