My plan is to continue to take part in farmers market, grow brand recognition, improve online sales through enhanced marketing and to eventually move into a retail store I believe the products that I offer appeal to all generations and all genders. The product range is unique and continually expanding. There is also an exclusivity to the products as the items are not mass produced which also appeals to the consumer. They are getting a high quality item that is unique, mostly one of a kind at a very reasonable price.

Self Identified Competition
It would be hard for me to pick my competitors as I am not sure of another small business doing what I am doing. The big competitors are Etsy, Amazon and possibly Potter Barn. Aliya Blue focuses on unique items that are hand made, small quantities, high quality at a reasonable price. Our primary goal is to improve the economical outlook for all the vendors we partner with.
