We are dedicated to provide quality service so we get repeat visitors and referrals from those visitors. We will target our advertising in the Chicago north shore neighborhoods and form an alliance with SC Johnson Wax to provide private tours of their facilities just 2 blocks from our location and at Wing Spread that is a short drive. Both of these locations are Frank Lloyd Write Designed and architecturally significant. We will provide kayaking, bicycle riding, a play area for kids on property and a private courtyard for parties that we will cater. We are offering the whole house for a weeks vacation for families and extended families to travel together promoting family bonds, increasing the value of dollars spent as they can share costs across multiple breadwinners effectively. Our environment is uniquely private and safe from potential health issues that can be encountered while traveling. The addition of food service makes it more attractive to those that typically prepare food as they get a vacation too, instead of just changing the location they perform their normal duties.

We offer an all inclusive experience full food and beverage service, along with entertainment additions that are part of the room rental fee, so there are no hidden charges or unexpected expenses. We live on the premises so are available to guests 24 hours per day.
