Establish and maintain close contacts with residential real estate listing services, and all other service organizations that LREIG uses, such as mortgage service company, REIA club. Keeping close contact with clients and establishing a well functioning long-term relationship with them to generate repeat business and obtain a top notch reputation. Establish a comprehensive service experience for our clients that includes consultation, appraisal, sale preparation, community information, moving consultation, etc. 1.3 Objectives The three year goals for Lloyd Real Estate Investment Group (LREIG) are the following: Achieve break-even in 6 months. Finalize and then expand our buying of houses each month in year one. Establish a name within the valley of where sellers will look when they need to sell a house. Buying a house for a reasonable price Will do all repairs Work with you on the timing of your move Help get people with bad credit into a house Help get credit repaired Handle all paperwork Help find a house Help save a house in foreclosure LREIG's management will be focusing on leveraging its time on wholesales at first to bring in cash so we can market to other areas. Then we will expand to the other markets for consistent cash flow and to build long term wealth. With being able to wholesale a minimum of 1 deal per month with an average flip or assignment being $5-10k we project to have $30-$60k in cash at the end of 6 months. We will then expand into other markets for lease options and project a cash flow of $1000-1500 per month at the end of 12 months and another $50-60k cash at the end of the 12 month period.

The company has its main offices in KANSAS CITY, MO. The company expects to begin offering its services in April of 2021. The company's main clients will be people looking to sell their homes quickly and easily and for a fair price. 2.1 Company Ownership The company will be solely owned by Mr. Dustin Lloyd, who will be putting up equal amounts of equity. All other financings will come from loans.
