AGPR LLC | Application Preview
AGPR LLC is seeking government grant funding to support orders from vendors as part of its growth strategy. The company aims to connect government and state agencies with suppliers for various commodities by utilizing platforms like beta.sam.gov for solicitations. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) starting from ground zero, AGPR LLC has registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and obtained SDVOSB certification. This status helps to reduce competition by allowing access to exclusive small business set-asides.
In terms of competition, AGPR LLC lists General Dynamics, Raytheon, and BAE Systems as its main competitors. However, these larger firms typically focus on bigger contracts, leaving smaller solicitations open for AGPR LLC to pursue. The company's competitive advantage lies in its qualifications for exclusive set-asides and its owner’s unique experience as a contractor and military veteran, which offers valuable insight into the structure of government solicitations. Additionally, operating as a single-member LLC allows for lower overhead costs compared to larger corporations, enhancing AGPR LLC's ability to streamline operations and bid effectively.

Business Plan
I plan to grow AGPR LLC by matching government and state agencies with suppliers for a variety of commodities via solicitations on beta.sam.gov and other solicitation sites. I am a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who is starting from nothing. I have registered in SAM and gained a certification as a SDVOSB. I limit costs and streamline business operations. Being a SDVOSB, it limits competition and allows me to bid on exclusive solicitations (small business set-asides).

Self Identified Competition
My top three competitors are: General Dynamics, Raytheon and BAE Systems. These companies are large companies that are the leading contracting companies in the United States. However, the solicitations I target would most likely not be on these companies' radar. They are too small (in dollars). My competitors likely do not qualify for the set-asides that I qualify for. With my experience being a contractor and being in the military, I know how government solicitations work and are structured. I am a single-person LLC and I do not have the expenses that a large company does (office leases, company vehicles, etc.).
