Funding Usage
We are looking to renovate the dine-in area of our restaurant to add more seating, an office area, and a more modern atmosphere. We also want to fix one of our brick pizza ovens that has not been working since 2016. The inside has not been renovated since 2010, and a lot of the feature are out of date or look tacky. We will also use part of the grant to expand our marketing to reach new customers.

Business Plan
Union Grove, WI is a small town with roughly 8,000 residents but is currently expanding due to Foxxcon growing only ten minutes away. They already built 100 new apartments and are working on 200 more in the next three years. We will focus on bringing roughly 300 new customers and adding to our workforce to aid in stimulation the community economy. We are a family owned business in a small town with very little competition. We need extra funding to invest into a stronger marketing strategy. We already added nearly $8,000 per month in online sales since April 2018. We can easily double those figures with the community growing and the simplicity and desire to order online.

Self Identified Competition
There is a bar a quarter of a mile down the street that serves pizza, but many in the community tell us their quality is sub-par. There are two breakfast places in the area that all close before 3pm. There is a bar that just renovated their entire building last year, but they do not deliver and are ten minutes out of town. We use homemade pizza ingredients to put out quality product. The use of stone fired ovens puts out a crispy crust that is loved by our customers love. We also deliver to farther customers than our competitors who offer delivery.
