Over the next 5 years the business will have a retail shop to bring in income, a warehouse where it would prepare freeze dried foods for sale or donations in event of a disaster, have a fleet of response vehicles and command/relief trailers to aid federal and state agencies in natural disasters and provide members of the club a area where they can learn and network with each other, learn new skills, and sign up to volunteer in case of disaster relief effort. We would also like to offer construction and consultation services as well as counseling services. In the state of Kentucky there are not many other companies offering all the same services that we are offering. We already have a strong online presence with our Facebook at over 600 members this year, and the website is growing with memberships everyday. We are willing to work with other agencies to aid with not only prevention but relief efforts. The interest level is there, the customer base is already established, and we are prepared to continue this on our own but it will be a slow tedious process, with financial assistance we could put our business plan on the fast track to success .

In the state of Kentucky there are no major competitors that offer every service we wish to offer. The major competitors on the freeze dried good portion of the business would be your big box suppliers. We want to be the first to offer all these services as a package deal. Once we establish a network to use as a example in Kentucky, we wish to move on to a regional level, then a national.
