Funding Usage
Up to $6,000 will be allocated to facility rental. We do not have a gym to hold our cheerleading practice, so we are required to rent space. The other $4,000 will be used for competition fees and traveling expenses.

Business Plan
Through fundraising, donations, and government funding, I expect to purchase a facility within the next five years. I wanted to create a program where I could encourage youth sports. I want my kids to be able to walk into those school tryouts with the confidence that they have the skills, technique, and training necessary to succeed in any program. I want to motivate inner city youth to become active and to build self! Self-esteem, self-confidence, self-worth, and self-assurance.

Self Identified Competition
There are many Programs offering all-star cheerleading. We offer a unique style of cheerleading, known as stomp-n-shake cheerleading. My three top competitors would be Crown Athletic LLC out of Henrico County, VA, Xclusive Cheer out of Chester, VA and CoachMe' Athletix LLC out of Richmond, VA We stand out from our competitors because we offer the lowest out of pocket costs to our cheer parents. Most parents manage their homes financially and we would like to bear some of the costs for their child to participate in athletic programs. We rely on the support of donors and investors to make this difference. For example, I currently have a non-profit organization donation uniforms, which eliminates a $100+ expense for parents.
