I'm currently using Reonomy for client prospect, spent $4800 for the data service. My husband is in marketing so he helped me built my website and will be helping with emailing campaigns. I will contact prospect clients by emails or phone to better understand their needs and if my service can help them. I have 20 years of accounting and financial reporting experiences, spent 16 years in real estate accounting industry. I've worked with some of the largest property management firms in the country like Greystar/RREEF. I was also a controller for small and mid size firms for the last 7 years of my career. I have the knowledge to build the department from scratch and can hit the ground running once I acquire the right clients.
