    I am wanting to be able to certify people in more fields than maintenance and be able to help people with trade training and CDL driving for better pay wages. This will make me able to compete and change the process for hiring that most companies do not want to train but want top quality labor. Also, opens the door to employ more internal staff to be able to adequately train the individuals to be able to push the jobs that people like in their fields or field they want to be in not just be there for a paycheck because that is all they are sought to do. Investing in my company is like investing into the communities. It takes the strain off of the unemployment office and I am wanting to grow into being that source that understand that we are not all born rich but to improve people drive and want to stay employeed. I can be the voice and have been for many years under the temp service and know that people are not just a paycheck but they are better when they know their worth.

    I do not look at other companies as competition I am a firm believer to never talk negative of other companies and in staffing i have found over the past 10 years it is best to work together in case you have and individual looking for a certain type of work I do not have to be able to refer them to that agency and them send me individuals as well in my areas. As well as being able to bounce ideas off and check on work status on what areas are slowing and speeding up for them. There are enough companies that can use the help and we all have to work on communication for all to thrive. I am different from others because it is not just about making a profit but seeing individuals succeed in a career of their choosing and knowing that these people are human and rely on me and their life is in my hand when they are in need of employment. I know today I may have this position but tomorrow i can be in their position in need of assistance with a way to provide for my family. The more people we put to work and get training, the less they have to rely on others and the system. Also, when people are working a steady job, it is less likely for them to get into trouble in which helps the community.
