Performance Services Expansion: sports performance training, return-to-play programs, and injury prevention workshops to serve athletes year-round, not just during rehab. Content & Brand Building: Leverage social media platforms, educational workshops, and local speaking engagements to build a recognizable and trusted brand. Team Growth: Hire and train highly skilled PTs, performance coaches, and support staff to increase capacity without sacrificing quality. (3 year goal) By focusing on high value services and building lasting relationships, we will establish a strong referral network and consistent revenue growth.
