Business Plan
I plan on growing my business in the next five years by reaching out to local black churches and Investing in clients and linking them up with my employees. I also plan on teaming up with local businesses who have an overflow of clients and relieving them of some of their clients to increase my business opportunities. I also want to invest in advertisement. I also want to build relationships with hospitals and nursing communities so when people are coming home they can have attic with home health care. Investing in My small business will give the black community an opportunity to have job growth and self fulfillment. I plan on working with seniors and making a difference in their life and providing them with adequate home health care solutions. To hire and invest in my company will help so many other families provide for their families and give them the opportunity to have a job and produce income and the Local black community. By investing in my company you will give a bare minimum of 10 employees an opportunity to make money and get off of government assistance.

Self Identified Competition
My three to have competitors have extensive funding, they can work state wide work sites, and a team of doctors. My business will stand against the large big Home healthcare companies. The reason why my business will stand apart from the larger companies is because I will establish a small community network and build trust in the black community. I am African-Americans and I understand a lot of their miss trust and culture to cater to my clientele on the east side of Indianapolis. I also understand building personal relationships with my clients and giving them extensive caregiving opportunities. I think my business stands apart because I want to help people and I want to help African-Americans and other minority groups achieve good health status and close the healthcare gap.
