Year 2 we aim to have at least 1 more truck on the road, allowing us to handle more jobs per day. We look to have the ability to hire someone to run that truck. We’d increase our advertising, focus on securing commercial contracts and will look to 3x-4x the company’s income from year 1. Years 3-5 will be similar in terms of what we’d do to grow Junk Gator. Our positions in the company as owners may change along with our responsibilities. We’d rely less on lead generating software and more on our name and online presence. They are established, currently have higher prices than the Junk Gator, and are household names when it comes to junk removal. 1800 got junk and college hunks hauling junk had similar beginnings to us. Their founders had an idea of making some extra cash removing junk for people in their towns and were able to grow that idea into a multi million dollar business. We share that same vision.
