Minority women make up a very small percentage of the freight broker industry. It is time for someone to break into this industry and lift women up especially minority women and let them know they can be successful and thrive in the freight business. Nothing great is ever easy. Once I meet a point of growth, I will give back by holding seminars/classes to share my knowledge, struggles and success. My plan is to even start my own trucking company once I master the freight broker side.

Every freight brokerage. I will always have competitors. You have companies that have their own trucks, freight agents and dispatchers. I am only 1 single entity of the business currently. I believe in transparency, honesty, and loyalty. This sets me apart, because companies are always looking for the biggest pay out. I am looking to build relationships which establish dependability for the shippers and a stream of income to the carriers.
