Business Plan
My plan is to start by building a website and database system that will allow me to reach new and existing clients; servicing the public by offering professional services as it relates to employment. That’s goes for individuals seeking employment and companies with high turnover rates. Five years from now I plan to have one of the most successful staffing agencies established in the state of Georgia. I honestly can’t answer this question. I just believe that by being integral as well as determined that my business will reach several individuals and companies across the U.S.

Self Identified Competition
I don’t think I have any as of yet. My business hasn’t been made public, but as time progresses I think those top competitors will probably be Aerotek, Diverse Staffing and Hire Dynamics. Well, I’m just getting started. There’s lots of differences as it relates to success rates, but I specialize specifically in helping individuals with full time employment based on their delivery, skill set, experience, and degrees obtained as well as any certification related to the specific job field they’re seeking. Also, I think it’s important to know exactly what companies are looking for. I’m able to do my background research on both the company and the individual seeking employment.
