    There are currently no competitors in my community that offer my services. Human Resources is a critical component to any successful business, and I have seen first-hand how small businesses and employees in my community suffer greatly from a lack of HR resources. Without Human Resources, local employees are denied access to information directly pertaining to their rights under the FLSA. Employers are often in violation of the FLSA, which puts small businesses at risk. I aim to create a community where small business owners and their employees are safe and protected.
