Global Impact University Consulting LLC Dba Esther | Application Preview

Global Impact University Consulting LLC, operating as Esther, is requesting government funding to launch Esther's House of Refuge—a transitional housing program aimed at addressing homelessness by guiding individuals toward homeownership. The grant will be used to purchase and outfit the initial home, which will serve as a foundation for long-term growth, with a goal of expanding to three homes within five years.

The program offers more than just temporary shelter. It integrates housing with education, skill-building, financial literacy, credit education, and mentorship, in collaboration with HUD-approved counseling agencies. These wraparound services are designed to tackle the root causes of homelessness by equipping residents with the tools needed for stable employment, entrepreneurship, and financial independence.

What sets Esther's House apart is its holistic approach. While other providers focus solely on housing, this initiative combines affordable shelter with extensive personal development resources, making its value proposition distinct in the current housing support landscape.
