(TAG) is seeking government grant funding to secure a permanent facility, as they currently rely on borrowed spaces and have been forced to relocate multiple times. Funding Usage
TAG does not have its own facility, and we are at the mercy and generosity of those who allow us the use of space. In the three years I have been a part of TAG, we have moved twice and are anticipating another need to move soon. If we were to receive enough funding to purchase or cover a lease, we would be able to expand on what we do as far as events and workshops. Currently we are only available to the community for 4 hours a month. By finding our own location we can be available to the community for a minimum of five days a week 8+ hours a day.

By having more availability to the community, 'My Craft Room' will be a store front that encourages the community to come and spend time exploring their creativity. We will be open to all age group which will benefit homeschool organizations and the community in general. If we have enough space, we can also exhibit community members art What we are trying to start in one county, we would like to expand into other counties. Our Name does include Northwest Fl and that is a goal we are trying to expand to, not just Jackson County.

Self Identified Competition
The nearest competitors are over an hour drive from Marianna Fl. And they are singular in what they offer. Strictly painting, or Crushed glass art, etc. Marianna is located on Hwy 10. Marianna currently has an extensive outdoor related tourism, and we are in need of indoor things for the year-round tourism. Marianna is embracing Visual art within the community with artistic murals and refurbishing seating encouraging school age kids to participate in showcasing their visions.
