I pan to grow my business by buying more properties within state and out. I will also place placing property mangers over them to run my properties while I'm expanding my business. The monies I generate from rentals, leasing, Airbnb's etc will be strictly used to grow my business. The reason investors should invest in my business is because I have a goal that could potentially provide affordable homes for individuals that's struggling with financial issues. The cheaper the property the more streams of Income will come which will grow the business further in the future. Yes there are many real estate companies in America but how many real estate companies actually invest their time in Individuals problems? How many realtors give solutions to those that is facing financial issues? Again little to none. My company will provide great services for those that can’t afford nice homes, and excellent payment plans so that one even with bad credit could afford a beautiful home and could potentially give one hope for the future. There're not just competitors but also inspiration. They have the biggest real estate companies in the United States of America. They all exceed $1 billion when it comes down to real estate and offer excellent services when it comes down to buying homes renting homes and leasing homes. I've learn from their strategies when it comes to real estate. My business is different from my competitors because my competitors don’t offer services to those that have financial issues. If the individual is having financial issues they may offer them a loan or such but the interest would be too high and then the house will be Foreclosure because they can’t pay the high interested loan back. My services offers cheap rentals, cheap homes for sale, and cheap air B&Bs for one that is facing financial issues. These competitors look out for themselves not for the people. My company helps the people and give them chance so they can get out of their financial debt and save more money.
