The business model is based on annual reoccurring revenue with a 2-3% increase. Professional upkeep and safety is a priority. We I also will be in partnership with the UT campus administrator to support those students that need a place to storage their personal belongings safely. I moved to Tennessee to give our toddler a home. After purchasing our home I want to start the next chapter of our lives and be a small business owner. I want to give back to the community I call home. I I have worked in Leadership at Nordstrom, Apple and a startup called Sugarfina. I have over 25 years experience with customer service, technology and have taught multiple selling and leadership classes.
