I plan on growing my business in the next 5 years due to the development of the city in which I live in, Waco, Texas . My services will be needed, and I have a plan to gain more investments/dumpsters to meet the demand of the growing population. All my dumpsters will be professionally made by me. Investors should invest in me because my plan will work! There is no doubt that this company with my plan can become a multi-million dollar company in as little as 5 years.

Self Identified Competition
The Top three competitors in my area, all have similar prices, but they have one common issue that will set me aside from them. They use roll off dumpsters, which are terrible for your property or land. These companies are bigger in size but they market more towards construction and huge commercial projects. My target market will not only be construction, but home renovators. My dumpsters will be utility trailers on wheels hand crafted by me so they will be drive-way friendly. My top three competitors use roll off dumpsters that are bad for your driveway and property. Also I will offer 1 day rentals. Something I don't see here in Waco.
