After the first properties are finished, I will register them with low income housing. Which will become a source of monthly income that I will use to invest in small 4 unit properties and eventually commercial properties.. This is not just an investment in me. This is an investment in the community of the city of Dayton. I plan to In list other small businesses to complete my goals. Which will help stimulate the growth of other businesses while having a positive impact on the community by providing housing and cleaning up some of the eye sores. That will eventually begin to raise the value of the property again.

Self Identified Competition
Only compilation I see is the big money backed out of town investment groups. That have never stepped foot into none of these neighborhoods where they own properties. That they have packaged into these multi property deals no one can afford or even care to buy. That leads to the properties becoming ran down which lowers the value of the surrounding properties. These structures also seem to invite the criminal element into the community. As a life time resident of Dayton Ohio. I have seen the steady decline in these areas. And the more abandoned structures are a potential breeding ground for negative activities. It’s my goal to clean up these communities and turn them back into thriving areas again.
