Business Plan
Because we are working out of our home studio, we can only take on so much work. With that, our plan is to secure a warehouse space where we will be able to take on the amount of work that we are already being requested for plus much more. Many people request us to travel and request very large weddings and events but we do not have the supply (work vehicle, vase supply, floral cooler storage, warehouse space, finances) to accomplish this. We plan to be able to take on 25 large scale events a month and within the next 3 years open up a store front where we can hold workshops and allow walk in clients to drive more traffic to our shop. We are a women owned small business and our passion for our creative floral design is unmatched. We work 16+ hours regularly and are beyond dedicated to growing our business. We are keeping our overhead as low as possible to get by. We came from a toxic work environment where our pay and hours were cut from having to get covid tests. We believe in honest, hard work and believe you get what you put out. We believe in equality and bringing a personalized touch to each project we take on. We are strong women and have gone through trials that have made us who we are today. We have strong minds and hearts and know that receiving a grant would allow us to expand and open many doors of opportunity for us.

Self Identified Competition
We believe in community over competition. We believe there is room for everyone in our city to let their own individual creative spirits shine. There are so many florists in town, some of the most successful are Layers of Lovely, City Blossoms, and Floracouture. They all specialize in weddings, however Floracouture does gift deliveries as well. We stand apart from our competitors because we do it ALL. From gift deliveries, weddings, dinner parties, and events, to stage design, art installations, and permanent in home installs. We have gotten incredible feedback for our style of floral being so unique & different, unlike anyone else in this town. We are inspired by Australian and UK florists, and have seen that Las Vegas is very behind in providing modern floral designs. We get to know each client personally, learning about their personality, likes/dislikes, and overall energy. We create our designs based off these details, and no two designs we make are the same. We include details such as polaroid photos of the flowers, send our clients photos before delivery, and ensure each client is happy down to the very last "t". We found our niche in the floral industry by creating arrangements that speak to each client, knowing it was made special just for them.
