I plan to purchase all software needed such as laptop & shipping label printer. Shipping labels, business cards, business coaching calls, inventory and shipping, and I plan to pay for down payment on a spacious studio when the time approaches.

I plan to start with a small boutique in my home. Inventory will consist of women’s clothing, accessories, and a lip gloss line. I will also be taking clients on for workout sessions and create a workout guide. From there as I grow I plan to purchase a spacious area to hold all of my inventory. I will then provide business coaching, conferences, and mentoring. I plan to have my workout guide be available on different platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and etc. Allowing myself to start small and continue to invest in my business with the funds I make until it sprouts. I am bringing a women empowerment environment to the community. Not only do I want to beautiful women but I also want to make them feel good on in the inside. Providing this investment to me I will be able to pour back into women in my community and eventually all over the world. Providing fashion needs, workouts, conferences, business coaching, and empowerment.

My top competitors are other women clothing stores and gyms that are already established within the city. They have been around for years and already hold a great reputation. A lot of people already have gym memberships that they are committed to. My business is different because I want to provide everything all in one. I have a very strong demeanor and I love helping people. As my business continues to grow it will show the true impact it can have.
