Our plan is to expand our marketing strategy to radio and community events where we can reach more potential clients through in person networking in the community. Heart's Home Properties LLC is a company established by team of husband and wife Sara and Brian Bosire. The two owners are highly motivated and professional individuals who have been successful in their own careers. Sara is a registered nurse in the Twin Cities and Brian is a social justice advocate with a graduate degree in advocacy and political leadership. Through community development and advocacy work, Brian has build relationships with leaders and members of the Twin Cities communities and hopes to leverage these relationships to grow Heart's Home Properties. Brian's unique background in organizing and advocacy gives him a great understanding of the housing issues facing his community and is strategizing his business to align with housing policies being implemented at the State Level. Brian also went beyond establishing Heart's Home Properties and is in the process of acquiring his Real Estate Salesperson License. He passed the State and National test and will be applying for a license with a broker so he can relist our and sale out properties we acquire.

My top three competitors are; ourselves because we are always seeking to outdo ourselves by seeking growth in all areas of our lives. Other investors in the real estate market and can't think of a third competitor. What makes our business different from other competitors are; We have a community development approach to all our potential acquisition and I believe this approach will help Heart's Home Properties ingrain it's businesses in the community for the long haul. Also, the professional backgrounds of both Sara and Brian gives them a unique niche in the twin cities market which can be leveraged to grow exposure of the business to grow.
