Business Plan
My plan and strategy is to target social media and run ads in my home town to get reoccurring customers to come to me on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis. I also would like to obtain a shop or small bay to have room to fit all my tools and supplies and have a option for customers to drop their car off with me. I think i have a great business plan of being 100% mobile in all aspects of detailing whether than be car washes, interior details, or paint correction i have the ability and skill set to carry my business on the go.

My top competitors are in the metro and most of them do have full blown shop which does appeal to customers i would think. Some of the other companies also offer mobile detailing. I think just in term of them being my competition they have been in business longer and have a well built reputation. I think my business is a little different because i am fully mobile with no extra charge, some of the competition do mobile services but charge. I chose to make my business fully mobile and hopefully have a shop for big and long jobs only. I think it makes myself more personable to clients and we can develop a level of trust and respect for me accommodating to their wants, needs, and schedule.
