I have a plan to grow my business into many counties of Minnesota state specially where the Nurses and nurses aide demands is high. Hire 500 employees. First,I want to serve our elder communities who are living in long term care centers who need qualified care givers, and get the care they need. Second, I am a nurse, I work as a local travel nurses in state of Minnesota. I recognized there is care givers shortage every where of the state, in long term facilities, and the demand of care givers is more higher in areas far from big cities.
