The focus is on a specific location that ensures accessibility for clientele from low-income areas in Leland. The business anticipates profitability within four months of opening after covering initial expenses.

The business plan emphasizes a downtown starter space to familiarize clients with the company's operations and offerings. As the business grows, there are plans to expand into a larger facility while maintaining a dedicated space for local players to receive tailored support.

The applicant's background as a former teacher and collegiate athlete highlights their commitment to community investment and their understanding of effective planning and execution. The goal is to support students and their families beyond the classroom.

In terms of competition, existing facilities like Coastal Athletics cater primarily to families who can afford higher fees for sports training.
