Funding Usage
I plan on buying land and building a new building or buying a building already on some property zoned industrial so that I can own the property instead of paying rent. I am planning on expanding and putting in a crematory and offering on-site cremations. At the moment, I have to transport bodies to a crematory for cremation. With a large building I will be able to put in a crematory. I also own a cooler for storage capacity, but I have to get it charged with coolant and this would be used for that also.

Business Plan
I plan on buying a larger building so that I can put in a crematory. This will greatly expand my business because many funeral homes in the area send bodies to another city 2 hours away for cremations. If I have a crematory I will be local and funeral homes will utilize my cremation services. I am a small business trying to expand. The funeral industry is ever-evolving and changing. If I expand and provide more services I will be able to help more funeral homes.

Self Identified Competition
I am a commercial embalming establishment that works for funeral homes only. There is one other mortuary in the area, Southern Plains Mortuary, that I would consider a competitor. My competitor does not make good timing on getting to a call. Sometimes people have to wait over 2 hours for them to respond. I get to local calls in 20-25 minutes and have good response time. Funeral homes have used both my services and my competitor's services and use my mortuary because the work put out is better (according to the funeral homes). I take my time and have much pride in my work.
