The business is seeking government grants to recover losses incurred during the Covid pandemic in 2020. The funds will primarily support employee expenses and help create new jobs by expanding their team.
The business plan involves hiring three additional doctors and two more employees, along with acquiring a new building to establish a community health center. This center aims to host public events focused on health education while fostering partnerships with local businesses and organizing monthly activities.
The application emphasizes the community-oriented goals of the business, underscoring a commitment to job creation rather than personal gain. The vision is to create a welcoming space where community members can gather, enhance their health, and build lasting memories.
In terms of competition, the business faces challenges from other local chiropractic services, such as The Joint and Maximized Living. However, its competitive advantage lies in its holistic approach, offering not just chiropractic adjustments but also Functional Medicine and personalized care. The business focuses on addressing the root causes of health issues and regularly engages the community through educational workshops on nutrition and healthy living. This active involvement in the community is portrayed as a key differentiator that drives their growth ambitions.

Business Plan
We will be adding 3 more doctors and 2 more employees. We want to get a new building and open it up to the public to create a community center where we can have public events about Health. We will continue to create more relationships with other businesses as well as monthly events at our business. Because we are headed working and motivated to make an impact in our community. We do not wish for these funds to be used to self gain. We want to create jobs and be a part of the community that is essential where people can come and have a safe place to create memories, get healthy, and have fun.

Self Identified Competition
The Joint, Maximized Living, and other surrounding chiropractirs We don’t just adjust patients. We do Functional Medicine and labs. We customize people’s care and see them get better by addressing the root of the issue. We educate monthly by creating events like workshops where people can attend and learn skills and Kaden how to make healthy foods, but organic plants, learn about their health & more. We are heavily involved in the community and are very active in pursuing growth.
