I plan on buying more inventory and rebuilding my website. I took a huge loss with COVID-19 after losing my job. I had to limit a lot of my resources and even make changes within vendors and suppliers. With this funding, I would make amends for my business to be better than last year. I would like to replenish inventory and add new things to my shop.

Over the next 5 years, I plan on substantially growing my business by implementing better marketing strategies and adding more listings to my shop. I would like to hire someone to help with my website and SEO settings to acquire traffic to my new website I will create after funding. Investors should invest in me and my business because I am a hardworking woman who started with nothing and in the midst of financial uncertainty, I made something happen for me and my family. After dealing with an ongoing sexual assault case, I made it my motive to do better for myself and I treat my business as my child. I would never let anyone hurt my business the way I was once hurt and betrayed. I have worked nothing but the best customer service job so investing in my business would give me the chance to give back to my supporters the right way. I love my customers and I would greatly show them my appreciation. Times are just hard now after Covid-19 and anything would help. I’ve also lost my job due to Covid-19 so I’m looking for any blessings, big or small. Thank you!

Self Identified Competition
My top 3 competitors are all local here in Birmingham, Alabama. We sell the same things; lashes and accessories. With that being said, there are some great things that I look up to in those competitors: they’re businesses are thriving and mine is dying! They seem to have the proper funding which is how they are able to increase they’re sales. The only thing those 3 competitors lack is great customer service in which I have after years of experience. My professionalism is what sets me apart from my competitors. The customer service that these businesses have are just not something I would not want as a returning customer. I would know this because I am also supportive of these businesses. I saw no problem in buying from my competitors. I love their products but the owners can sometimes come off as rude or “straight to the money”. I give my customers professionalism, and beautifying experience and free goodies on any occasion! My customers matter!
