Business Plan
I plan to open a physical store since locals enjoy my products during vendor events. The past year I've gotten more sales online that motivated me to think bigger and better. So I've broadened the range of products I have that give customers great selections. Marketing will be my focus to ultimately create multiple channels for my store. I create novelty products and enjoy doing what I do. After I get off work at Walmart I go straight to the drawing board and brainstorm ways to improve my business. I really do have great dedication to to succeed and grow. I've grown strength and confidence over the past years and l know my business will someday day flourish.

Self Identified Competition
My top 3 are Etsy, Bath and Body Works and At Home department store . I used to work at the department store years ago which was one if my inspirations to to start my own home decor store. Etsy is full of amazing artists like myself. Lastly, Bath and Body Works has the ultimate great selections for scented lotions and candles. All stores are what I see as competitors for now. The difference are my items are handmade novelty items. Everything item I have are what I created. A lot of people can make candles, but I like to implement art to stand out. For example I make candles that resemble drinks. Most people will look at it and think it's an drink but in it's a candle a crafted to look that way. I make lotion that took hours to create the perfect formulas that many customers love and appreciate.
