Depending on how the industry goes quarterly, I would like to have at least 5-10 recruiters in the next 5 years. Have a employee working count on contract of 100. I have over 16yrs of experience in this industry and have been in business on my own for over 2 years with a lot of knowledge learned on the business owner side. I would like to be able to bring on recruiters fresh out of college that are hungry and would need the grant to help take time away from recruiting why I train others.
