I plan to buy, renovate, sell, and rent out homes. I also plan to network and build my own team so others can have experience and opportunity in real estate. It’s always been my wish to help contribute greatness towards my city and other cities. My biggest target would be to rebuild homes on what would be considered poverty stricken areas. I’ve had a passion for contributing and making others happy by providing houses that families can consider to be their home at first sight.

My three top competitors would be Keller Williams, vanguard realty, and Codwell realty. They do such a good job with buying and selling homes continuously. They also provide jobs for new and upcoming realtors. My target is towards investing in homes that I can rent out or sell for lower class citizens, first time home owners, and preexisting owners. Whereas most of my competitors invest in middle and upper class areas.
