Business Plan
By doing repeat home flip properties as our market here is increasing. This will allow us to continue to purchase more properties and do more home repairs. We want to advertise for home repairs with a advertisement wrap on our equipment trailer as well. This will also enable us to put a couple of more people to work giving them a job as we had to lay off 2 people last summer. We also want to advertise in the two local coupon books. We are a seasoned journey man lead business that has been doing this business since 2000. Our work is above standard, attractive, code compliant and we have used the same realtor to buy and sell all our flip houses during this time. We have never had a call back on any repairs or renovations or flip homes.

Self Identified Competition
The only compactors we really have are the people that bid on ugly houses like we do. There are very few people/small businesses that are willing to go into home to do small projects. We have never had to compete with anyone due to word of mouth and many contacts until this pandemic when people lost their jobs and were not doing renovations. Most of this work was by word of mouth and it had worked very well. Now we are having to rely on trying to obtain flip properties more so as the market here is starting to move and we really want to get back into making a good living again and putting others back to work.. We are prideful. Our work is done with great pride, quality workmanship, never cutting corners giving a great product back into the community especially for the average worker who is looking for a beautiful new renovated home for under $200,000. We are very respectful of all working people that want and need a great place to live without breaking the bank.
