These past 4 years we have been renting a facility in Newton to run our classes. In this time we have grown our school x3 and our skill level x1,000. As our gymnasts grow and improve we have been looking for a bigger facility with more space and higher ceilings while trying to remain the general Newton/Wellesley/Needham area where 98% of our families reside. While we have found a few spaces in this area with good potential, many landlords are asking for a large sum up front, in addition to needing to purchase some essentials for a new building (flooring, stall bars etc). We have been saving and have a good chunk set aside for this but are still about $30,000 away from the required amount. With waitlists for almost all our classes, we are trying to move quickly into a new facility of our very own. In our current facility we cannot grow any further, as we are maxed out on carpet space. Our upper levels cannot receive the training the need (and frankly deserve-even with all the obstacles they are still qualifying for and winning national titles) due to low ceilings. And our classes often have to be canceled due to other rentals. Thank you for your support!

Business Plan
Phase I (Years 1-3): Integrating our current staff and students into the new location and marketing for new classes. Continuing to grow our numbers with the additional space. Growing our recreational, and elite programs. Implementing new classes during the daytime such as: “Mommy and Me”, “Russian/Italian/Spanish Playgroup”, etc. Creating events for revenue such as: end of year performance, training congresses and competitions. Establish the first ever Injury Prevention Program for Rhythmic Gymnasts with on-site medical staff. Phase II (Years 4-5): Continue to grow each of our programs, bringing in new staff, and updating our existing classes as needed. Growing numbers of attendees for each of our events and camps. Creating classes for the USA Gymnastics Special Olympics programs utilizing our therapy staff. Phase III: (Years 6-10): Utilizing the outcome of Phase I & IIto adjust staffing, schedules, and classes as needed. Establish MG as a National Team Training Facility for USAG. Why MG? In just 4 short years we have produced numerous National Champions in each level and category, we have expanded our enrollments 368% since its opening and created new programs to fit each family’s individual needs and goals in the sport. The families that are part of our school continuously speak about the incredible nurturing environment we create for their children and yet how detailed and careful we are in our teachings, no matter the level. We offer limited spaces in each class to ensure every child receives the proper attention they deserve. The vast majority of our students find us through word of mouth and the demand for a spot on our team is high. MG continuously strives to grow with both child and sport, to ensure the B.E.S.T. quality training.
