I plan to open a store front, I work from my one bedroom apartment and it would be nice to have a store front to allow customers to come in and shop and give me more space to work

Business Plan
1. Open a store front 2. Continue to study my customers and understand what they like and do not like 3. Find ways to be more efficient 4. Continue to use Social Media to enhance MissToo Made It and reach my audience 5. Find ways to get involved in the community with my business and have an on going community project 6. Allow teenagers who aspire to be an entrepreneur to work with me at a young age Being that the base of my business is catering to NPHC Greek organizations and providing paraphernalia is a great investment. These organizations were formed in the 1900's based on scholarship, leadership, civic engagement and public service, woven together by the bonds of lifelong sisterhood and brotherhood. These are organizations that are going to out live me and many others. With that being said they are continuously initiating new members by the 100's and there will always be a need for paraphernalia for the members to proudly represent their organizations in the communities they serve. Also we provide custom shirts which will always be a need for other businesses to thrive, family events, and various moments in life. Also, I am the only black own business owner that do that I do in my area which is prominent in this day in time.

Self Identified Competition
Various screen-printing companies and other greek vendors. Sticking to businesses at my current level. 1. Be Fashionably Greek 2. Palmetto Blended Screen Printing & Embroidery 3. House of Para There are various screen-printing and embroidery companies so one thing that sets me apart is providing faster services than most custom shirt companies. And the fact that I am able to cater to my Alma Mater. As far as catering to greek organizations what makes me different is all of my competitors have set items that they make and sell. While I do that I also make custom items for your chapter or on the individual bases. There are little to no vendor that offer customs and this is mainly what MissToo Made It thrives on.
