Well there are alot of abandoned properties in jackson ms and I'm trying to purchase as many as possible and get the properties rehabbed which I do myself and get more workers to help get it done in a decent time frame and just get 3 or 4 at a time and just keep it moving constantly

Well if I'm granted the money I can buy properties and keep it moving and within a 5 years I would have at least 40 properties that's all fixed up or either sold or rented out Because I'm determined motivated and I know exactly what I'm doing just don't have the funds and I've been doing what I love for years just never had the opportunity to do it for myself always was doing work for others and just need the opportunity to do it for myself
