Business Plan
I plan to start as a Non- Medical home care assisting Elders with personal care services to prevent them from going into a home. After I am established and running smoothly I will transition to a Skilled nursing Home care providing Seniors with medical care as well as personal care services. I then plan to add on a Non Medical Transportation Van with a weight limit of at least 500lbs to service the bariatric community. I will then add on a CNA school. I am full of ideas but lack the funding. I am very ambitious and will follow through with my plans. I just need a little financial help. Being a Nurse I believe in serving my community.

Self Identified Competition
I don’t worry about the competition. I am a nurse running my business and I know how to properly care for people. I hand pick each one of my caregivers based on experience and true compassion. I will not give anyone a job that is not ready to serve with true passion. I love what I do and my caregivers do as well. Most home care owners are not nurses but they hire nurses to do their assessments and supervisory visits. I will be doing intake and supervisory visits until I expand to where I can hire a nurse and train him/her myself. My company will be driven by excellence. We will be the number one home care company in Middle, Tn.
