Flores CPR LLC | Application Preview
Flores CPR LLC is seeking government grant funding to expand its operations. The funds will be used to lease a larger building, purchase additional AHA educational materials and supplies, and acquire more AHA certification cards for CPR courses. With increased resources, the business plans to hire additional instructors, allowing for larger classes, as current regulations limit one instructor to six students. The goal is to establish the business as a premier CPR provider in East Texas while engaging with local daycare centers and churches.
The owner aims to create a legacy for their three daughters by demonstrating entrepreneurship and financial management skills. With a background in healthcare, the owner is committed to saving lives through education and community involvement.
The application highlights minimal competition in the area, as most local providers are affiliated with hospitals rather than independent training organizations. The competitive advantage lies in the family-owned nature of the business, which emphasizes small class sizes for a more personalized and interactive learning experience. The presence of a nearby community college also contributes to the potential for generating business.
