Kei and Kyrie's Krafts | Application Preview
Kei and Kyrie's Krafts is seeking government grants to expand their business. The requested funds will be used to increase workspace, purchase more resin for mass production, and cover shipping and advertising expenses.
The business intends to focus on creating custom resin pieces while launching a YouTube channel to showcase the crafting process and promote their products. In addition, they aim to participate in local festivals alongside street vendors.
The grant application highlights the owner's passion for art and the joy it brings to customers as a compelling reason to support their venture. They have researched the competition on platforms like Facebook and noted several sellers with substantial inventory, though only one operates as a formal business.
Kei and Kyrie's Krafts aims to differentiate itself by involving their son in the creative process, sharing their family experience through videos, and emphasizing a personal touch in their products. This unique approach helps to establish a connection with customers, setting them apart in a competitive market.

Funding Usage
I would use funds to expand work space. I will need more resin to mass produce resin pieces to build website and inventory for sales. I will also need more funds for shipping and advertising

Business Plan
I plan on continuing to make custom resin pieces. I would like to start a YouTube channel to show how I create my pieces and to advertise my store. I would like to able to branch out enough to be able to attend festivals with street vendors. I feel like I should be invested in because I have a passion for making art that someone will love. I love the look on someone's face when I tell them that I made it. I would like to continue making custom pieces.

Self Identified Competition
I checked Facebook marketplace for sellers with substantial inventory. Dalis Boyd, Mariah Magallan (Craftin Soul Co.), and Tanya Lynn Martinez all have inventory that I would purchase. I only notice one of the Sellars have an actual business. I am different for my competitors because I involve my son in projects. I have videos of us making resin pieces, as he is part of the business.
