  • Funding Usage

Due to the current health crisis, I have not been able to find a full-time job while the company takes a toll. I would have no problem having a part-time job and working on the company full-time or the reverse, but neither seem possible at the moment. Therefore, to continue paying for current personal and business expenses, as well as investing in the business in preparation for a solution to the crisis, I believe an amount of $10,000 in grant, a loan or both would be a much-needed relief in this time.

  • Business Plan

In the next fine years, we plan on acquiring a physical facility like an office with its independent address and phone number. We plan on hiring a few employees, preferably bilinguals (English and French or English and Spanish speakers). We also have plans to increase our presence in All African countries with an Atlantic port through billboard advertisements, radio, and social media advertisements. Lastly, we are planning to expand into South America, particularly Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. We are an American company that provides the same quality goods found in the United States with the same professional customer care expected from an American company to predominantly African customers left with old European products or cheap and unreliable Chinese products. As far as competition, there are very few American companies doing what we do in African and most of them are in Nigeria, South Africa, or Kenya. Because I'm a Guinean Native and a native French speaker , I can target French and English speaking countries. Since we are only targeting African countries with Atlantic ports, we can better concentrate our efforts in an area that is closer to us than it is to China, and an area I know well, and an area that is otherwise responsive to American products but is starved of American distributors who can communicate to them.

  • Self Identified Competition

At the moment, our top competitors are semi-private Chinese merchants in the majority of West African countries who are in-part subsidized by the Chinese government and sell cheaper Chinese versions of the good we seek to sell. Apart from that, all other competitors are private merchants who do not have the range of items we offer nor the quality of the products available in the American market. The difference between this company on our competitors is first and foremost, the quality of the products and quality of the service. This is an American company, that behaves like an American company with the same level of courtesy, professionalism, and consistency that Americans can expect from a company stateside. Our company policies exceed American state and federal regulation as a matter of practice and the products we sell are the same high-quality goods found in the United States and purchased by Americans.
